This is a colored pencil / water color combo. Eagles are very close to my heart. I’ve wanted to paint a bald eagle for a very long time but just never like any references that I found. Everything has been done too much and just never caught my eye. My father was obsessed with eagles when he was alive and I still swear that every time I see an eagle, its him. I’ve seen an eagle at some of the most amazing times in my life that I cant imagine its just coincidence.

If you want it framed and matted, I can do that for the available cost and an extra shipping charge. It will still probably be cheaper than hobby lobby framing this one for your or MUCH cheaper than a professional frame store.
